Roismi Rajakumar Mangrove is a powerful lived experience speaker and the founder of MTICBIAI, a groundbreaking community interest company supporting people navigating trauma, adversity and systemic marginalisation. A survivor of childhood abuse, neurodivergence and institutional harm, Roismi draws on her personal experiences of the care system, inpatient services and cultural silencing to bring an urgent and authentic voice to the forefront.

Roismi works across everything to do with trauma and adversity, offering insight, support and innovation for individuals and communities who are often excluded or misunderstood. Specialising in trauma-informed practice, youth empowerment, neurodivergent and care-experienced communities, she challenges assumptions and centres those too often left out of mainstream narratives. Her work spans healing-centred programmes, peer-led initiatives and creative outreach, reaching over 1,500 individuals annually.
